Ryuji Hishikawa arrives in Hakata and quickly finds himself in a brawl with local troublemakers, who turn out to be part of the "Destroy" gang. This sparks a violent turf war between Destroy and the rival motorcycle crew "Lucky Star." After transferring to Taimei High, Ryuji proves his mettle once more by winning a decisive fight.
