A remake of the webcomic "Hito Kui" by MITA-sensei. A string of mysterious mass heart attacks plagues the city, all victims linked by a chain mail they received. Each message lures recipients into the den of a flesh-eating monster known as a "Hitokui," where a deadly game begins—and only one survivor can escape.
